NOAH 23 BIOGRAPHY READS SOMETHING LIKE THIS, “THE ABSTRACT MC, THE PLAGUE LANGUAGE , THE GUELPH ORACLE, CAPTAIN CLARK, TWIZ THRIZZY, SYNCHROMYSTIC TECHNO-SHAMAN, AND INDIE POP KINGPIN OF THE OCCULT TRILL UNDERGROUND”. With the underground platform being so accessible, we have very rare instances of artistic collaborations such as this… An epic, an immense quantity of quality works.  There are some seriously remarkable listens as it has been

This album dropped recently, and is so thorough with its own roster alone it took me just a little bit of time to listen to, and digest. Really, its 33 tracks long, some of the over 4 minutes long. I know some of you have most likely heard track or possibly picker up a copy and felt it out yourselves. I personally love this album, it means a lot to me, seeing so many “different” people come together, on a strict schedule, to create something meaningful, to share with people who listen to this genre of hip-hop / rap, but its not only that either! This genre is progressive hip-hop electronic music, but can be broken down quite a few different ways. With so many elements incorporated, you would think that it would come out like noise, but it doesn’t. That is what I can hear, when I listen to this album. How solid, the production is vs How well each artist’s rides their beats. Delivering on time, and well enough to immerse you into this dark but entertaining masterpiece. I don’t wanna gas it too much, I already have. I just want you to give it a chance, take a peak and let us know what you think!

Peacock Angel Side (A) is from track 1. through track 17. Please resume listening to Side (B) of this album from track 18 through track 33. • Have you heard the NVR M1X #44 from Jeremiah Meece ? Foolin’

About a month ago, Chicago’s own Jeremiah Meece, an extraordinary production artist who’s resume profile reads  probably reads something like this; “Jeremiah Meece FKA, Jeremiah Chrome of The-Drum, JODY, VALIS and now defunct Clique Talk.” Producer/Singer/Songwriter/Sound Designer/Music Nerd. Meece should be a name you’re familiar with by now. I am not quite sure how you found us – if not, but anyway. He has been making serious waves (no pun intended) for years now. Having been producing content for such artists as Mykki Blanco, Jody, The-DRUM, Haleek Maul, Le1f over the past three years. All of these artist  have been on the ethereal IRL/URL rise as early as 2013 & even before that. We were lucky enough to have him bless us wiv a very cerebral stimulating audible remedy for all of the #NVRMNDKIDZ

This mix is all about layering. It is rare for there to be just one thing happening at any point. That makes a tracklist very difficult. If anyone wants a track ID please just comment at the time marker and I can do my best. In addition to layering pieces from different songs, drums/sound effects/melodies etc, most of it has RnB acapellas I layed on top of everything. The mix includes songs from teams, the It Follows OST, Kevin Carey, Poor Sport, Swick & douster, BURAKA SOM SISTEMA, 90s Nick, Taal Mala, 4B, L S D X O X O, Wall, Mighty Mark, MUMDANCE & Logos, Gage remixed by Sudanim Music, Imaabs, Neana, Jam City, and an edit by Joey LaBeija to name a few. The mix ends with a cover I did of Wandering Star by Portishead. Hope yall like it!” – Jeremiah Meece

Jeremiah Meece of THE-DRUM, JODY, VALIS and now defunct Clique Talk. Producer of many things including “She Gutta” by Mykki Blanco and “Cinnamon and Gold Teeth” by KIT  – Jeremiah Meece

I have some tracks that have gone unreleased by Jeremiah Meece. His future is certainly going to be bright if he sticks with that fresh sound, and finds the right place to air them jaunts out. Bless †

  • TIMTONIK (Producer/DJ) lit the internet on fire when he landed his lamborghini Death Star on  the NVR MND soundcloud (two nights ago…)

Dialing us down of that bullsh*t & onto another masterpiece of his, a preview of what is come in his later release of the EP called “PURGATORY”; including 4 Tracks. starts with a brand new track of mine called “Deep Dark Drone”] A video will be premiered at a later date, stay tune for an update once that information is revealed. What do I have to say about it, Nothing more than you would conjure from the experience from you just listened to the damn thing! It is so slick & dark   –  but has a very comforting vibration in a sense. That sense being, instead of cold/wet youre getting warm/wet; at the same time. The waves hover all over you. I think this is by far one of my all-time favorite NVRM1X’s; produced by TIMTONIK. seriously a glimpse into Alien Tech (AT).

    11212224_851859034889017_5386866_n

It’s imaginative, the first emissions aren’t so predictable, to instigate any feelings of nostalgic Tech House. Well I say that, but with a grain of salt if you’re an enthusiast. The spectrum these days has definitely changed since its beginnings, but what some of us refer to as “old heads”, are a pedigree & cultural those personality types are still functioning models of society.

Those of you whom I’m speaking of are already activated enough to enjoy this mix. It’s an experiential stain on the minds of those who enjoy a hypnotic & trance like dancing experience. Steam evaporates from the symbols, as the bass of your feet stomping the ground in an ethereal orgasmic tension. Never wanting to stop, as music turns into an alarming of deliberate movements to exhume oneself from their prisons.

A NVR MND Moment from TIMTONIK

TIMTONIK:  “…Also there is coming an Teaser for my upcoming music video…”

“This music video which is set to release, come end of June/July on VOXNOX Records

“The EP is called PURGATORY; including 4 Tracks. starts with a brand new track of mine called “Deep Dark Drone, which will be released soon on the voxnox records compilation. At the end (50:00 – 50:08) you can hear the first chords of an upcoming freedownload of mine; which is called [Sound of Silence]…”

“…Another thing about the Mix is that this mix is slightly different to my own mixtape series Future Death Tape. It’s an more Dark Deep Techno – After Hour Set, which should show that my music will become even more darker and deeper. It only includes music i personally prefer and i would play those tracks on afterhour gigs. But I will still continue my FDT series with that dark future techno music. And, I as Tim Tonik will also produce that kind of music , but also that new deep and dark [stuff]….”

Everyone remembers Cities Aviv, Gavin Mays born in 1989; for his productions Digital Lows (in 2011), Black Pleasure; Black Pleasure through streetwear company Mishka NYC‘s record label before signing to Young One Records – 2012), and after then the album; titled Come to Life (2014),  now his fourth release, a brand new iteration into Memphis Tennessee producers’ mental, an album titled Your Discretion Is Trust (2015).

Cities Aviv has been featured in both Spin, as well as Pitchfork. This album sort of presented me with the problems of an individual facing the loss of his time; from either spending to much of it on-with-or-for some particular person, or object, or identity [even], or possibly through aging, or as a maturing problem or person, but that the blocks on which social & natural dictated thoughts, & personal affirmations indicate feelings of unrest & desires for more affection through that which has programmed itself or ourselves with, & is or will become apart of us.

The first four tracks, are amazing and the most unique, the fifth is an interlude, and by no means deserves to be skipped over. I want you to feel those and a few others out for yourselves. (Lets talk about a few, full listen below)

Classic Cities (6.Earth Signs (feat. RPLD GHSTS); 1:46) reminding me of how his raw percussion two-stepping hardcore progressiveness influences me in such a way, I cannot stop listening. Such awesome production, the bells and whistles are really clean on that one, and again Aviv has excellent vocal styles, you cant really get tired of listening to him talk about things you relate to so well such as a song on the album; like 8. Discrimination; 2:43. A track that attempts to tackle the corruption of the media, events in Baltimore, relationships or the inverse of such regarding white rappers. Chanting, “Discrimination, Turn The Page”. It’s wicked, and it such a clear depiction of pop-culture.     The tracks that follow this recipe on this LP are going to be timeless pieces for this young artist, who is often times channeling a sort of guerrilla revolutionary,

[#NVRFORGET I Reviewed Cities Aviv – WORLDS OF PRESSURE (Official Video) back in December 2014]

Eventually we Interlude, (14. Survival Fit; 03:53), to a woman (I’m assuming, is a companion of Gavin’s or relative. Im not quite sure. At first I thought it was a little kid, but I do not know. I enjoyed what they said rather anyhow,) but she goes on to describe something call “Nature-ology“. The unknown context to which I am stricken by and feel as though I don’t need an explanation for what it could be defined as, yet I would want to the author of the terminology to explain to it to, to correspond if I even knew it myself. Truly it is a tale, of survival. Never let anyone stop you from doing what you want to do in your life, “live freely…”, he says, “until we sleep in those boxes”. This lyric is featured in Survival Fit is the last track on the Album, but also my favorite, along with the very industrial psycho noise of the Nico Interlude, a very wishy-washy gargle of angsty distortion,

It’s process is completed once its stifles our self-governing skills, and not having the power true have the true understanding of being programmed by the a hateful system, or one that doesn’t wish you to fulfill yourself. . Our powers must be activated from within ourselves, the world must be be altered, to fill voids in the minds of many desperate people including ourselves. A new spectrum of expression as an artist whose validity is uncanny, for the pure fact that he is reflecting his understanding of these faces he sees are unfortunates parodies of what they could or should have possibly become in turn.

A big diss to what society on the “upper crust” believes, is the only American society that exists. Due to it sheer unintelligible behaviors & the size of the consensus and popularity of itself, while it destroys multiple platforms of the rest of the worlds ability or option to invoke their helpful or demonized controversial suggestions. His latest genre bending No Wave, Power World Nature,  Anti-Pop Post-Violent album has reached the entrance to our mind on pop-counter pop-cultics and post-anti-socialistic systems programed into us. There are some dark elements, and there some very playful elements in not only the production of the instruments, but overall. I highly recommend this album. Whether you are an avid listener of Cities Aviv or otherwise, this piece is 14 tracks deep, including the brief minute or so long interludes. There are only a few. It’s a great experience, and am most likely going to return to it a quite a bit to listen to.

She calls it ‘MINDGUARD’, a more than just “streetwear” brand looking to the future, the collection is ultimately gearing towards pushing the through the furthest depths, away from some of what designer & clothing company clones have been attempting to call “Fashion Forward Consumerist Streetwear”. By pushing the boundaries, sending the message through more raw mediums than an envelope & passing not only, the predecessor-types, but her peers, the culture & aesthetics alike.

In this semi-extensive editorial you will find the Los Angeles Fashion Designers masterpieces given life by sleek industrial architecture; showing such motion, bending, and blending either by reflection or structure of the environments in to their already Illustrious graphic patterns, & seamless androgynistic functions. Alien life forms, found in these post-modernist desert scene-scapes, with their rusty colors suggestive the models photographed, were done so on martian soil.

Below we have a  mix curated by Anika, the ‘MINDGUARD 2015 COLLECTION RUNWAY TRACK’ unveiled during her first runway showcase, this piece was crafted absolutely with the entire collection absorbed into a audible essence of its visual presence. a futuristic weapon of protection, these components of action to capture her audience, and guard themselves psychically.

    YOUR MIND IS A TEMPLE.

WHAT ARE YOUR WEAPONS OF PROTECTION?
WHAT ARE YOUR WEAPONS OF INTENTION?
WHAT ARE YOUR WEAPONS OF ACTION?
WHAT ARE YOUR WEAPONS OF FREEDOM?
