    JJ Brine: Ask Africa. She always comes first & last. So ask me, myself, and my continent again when we begin and end.

    NN: How do you feel about the press you have received to date? You have been featured in Huffington Post (thrice), Vice, The Wallstreet Journal, New York Magazine by way of Bedford & Bowery half a dozen times, Hyperallergic, ArtFCity, Artnet, TMZ, The Fader, and the list goes winding on through Lebanese blogs and obscure internet pop-culturists and anti-counter cultists publications and Russian blogs and a Mexican art digest and even the twilight zone of American tabloids: People Magazine, Star, In Touch, and I won’t mention Perez Hilton. Nor will I mention the fact that VECTOR was recently featured in an episode of Real Housewives of New York on Bravo. This is all in a matter of a few years, right up to this very interview that is now in process, we are currently eventing. Is that in any way connected to your Vectorian timeline? This documentation of events, in a year you have decided upon, one depicting a piece of time as a PostHuman. Time works for you by your measure, and is this a manifested phenomenon that you’ve uncompressed by compression in your mental pathology {Post-Religion}?

    JJ Brine: Indeed! If you decide what time it is and when is always now, you’ll always know when the time is right. The press is critical to the broadcasting of our dominant frequency. VECTOR is a radio tower.

    The Sorting of the SHAY from PostHumanity. It is a transmogrifying force, this frequency. For those who are equipped for the download, the potential is ALAN. As far as the quality of the press goes, there have been several interviewers who have asked some of the questions that Eye would ask myself if Eye were (Eye Am) an impartial alien entity observing JJ Brine in a laboratory setting. But there are still some unanswered questions that Eye must be asked — but Eye cannot ask to be asked them.

    Eye am still waiting for someone to violently hack into the system at length by means of advanced analysis and understanding. Hacking in this sense simply means catching the operating codes and liberating their meanings from all sides.

    NN: What will come from the death / liberation of Charles Manson, now 80 years old, and to what extent is VECTOR preparing for this eventuality?

    JJ Brine: The physical expiration of Manson will herald the Birth Of The Infinite Soul In The ALL. A certain allied faction is making logistical preparations for the fate of His flesh body and the containment and preservation thereof. We are pleased to have competent, reliable partners in this matter. But ultimately, the death of a body is simply a simulated spatial-temporal shift.

    NN: What year is it by The Vectorian Calendar, and what can we expect from it?

    JJ Brine: It is 2025 AD. This year is the advent of the answer to the question of a global malaise; the creeping contagion of a stateless international polity. Israel being ex-chosen by Lord and State sends everything reeling for realignment. In 2025 AD, VECTOR is the frontline of World War III.     JJ Brine: NYC remains attuned to our dominant frequency. Imperium demands new lands. We will project our intentions upon the collectivity through our influence on the local industry. Incidentally, Eye don’t really know what that word means, “decide.” Eye dwell in my Necessity — that is where Eye reside, preside, prevail and travail.     NN: You have an event coming up on the 8 of August, there must be some urgency finalizing the space, what can we expect ?

    JJ Brine: Jesus Christ is coming soon, coming soon, coming soon. This is my real answer and it’s a song. Everyone will begin to look more like themselves. Members of the Government of The Satanic State of VECTOR will ritualize their intentions and send them out into the world. Eight hundred and eighty eight candles will shine for The Alawite State.     NN: The pathology of Vectorian culture seems to be changing ever so slightly can you explain ?

    JJ Brine: It is always changing. Such is the nature of living organisms.     NN: You recently did a collaboration with fashion brand NVR MND, how did that get started ?

    JJ Brine: A manic meeting of minds and material over pizza and paraphernalia.

    NN: Are the La Bianca’s releasing new music soon, or will your next project be solo ?

    JJ Brine: My next project will be solo. Eye am in various nascent states of musical collaboration with several others. When it must be done, so it shall be.

    JJ Brine: We are on track for our target of debuting the film at Art Basel Miami 2016, ““Beyond The Planet Of The Chelsea Girls.”

    NN: If you look back on science fiction and how the future is depicted it is usually portrayed in two dynamics : utopian or dystopian. These seem to be extremist mentalities, whereas VECTOR Gallery presents another. A hybrid of the two. Can you explain this?

    JJ Brine: The absolute utopia is dystopian, and vice-versa. Every value or state is minted in the terms of its antithetical primary. But there is nothing that is mutually exclusive in LEMNIVERSE and therefore we coexist with our own nonexistence. The Devil is The Lord. Fiction is made factual by power of suggestion. Yes Eye Am Satan. But who is He as I Am in the Other Eye? Let’s see, shall we. Eye am what Eye am and Eye am what Eye will become. Jesus Christ has been burning in an interminable lake of fire for quite some time now. The surprises never cease when you keep on doing the same thing over and over again and nothing ever changes.

     

    NN: Lastly, what do you feel like saying first ?

    JJ Brine:  No Matter, No Form — Metomphysics is the discipline charting the transversing of the physical into the metaphysical and vice-versa, twice as obscure and thus about twenty seven and three-fifths more popular. With the underground platform being so accessible, we have very rare instances of artistic collaborations such as this… An epic, an immense quantity of quality works.  There are some seriously remarkable listens as it has been

    This album dropped recently, and is so thorough with its own roster alone it took me just a little bit of time to listen to, and digest. Really, its 33 tracks long, some of the over 4 minutes long. I know some of you have most likely heard track or possibly picker up a copy and felt it out yourselves. I personally love this album, it means a lot to me, seeing so many “different” people come together, on a strict schedule, to create something meaningful, to share with people who listen to this genre of hip-hop / rap, but its not only that either! This genre is progressive hip-hop electronic music, but can be broken down quite a few different ways. With so many elements incorporated, you would think that it would come out like noise, but it doesn’t. That is what I can hear, when I listen to this album. How solid, the production is vs How well each artist’s rides their beats. Delivering on time, and well enough to immerse you into this dark but entertaining masterpiece. I don’t wanna gas it too much, I already have. I just want you to give it a chance, take a peak and let us know what you think!

    THE FOLLOW UP TO THE APRIL RELEASE By WICCA PHASE SPRINGS ETERNAL xXx JAYYEAH titled SHUT MY EYES Ep. It was an interesting listen, very short, but also very sweet. A folky dark electronic bass hip hop exploration on a 4 Track Ep.

    ABERCROMBIE AND ME (THE SECOND RELEASE, 2015). Some of the tracks of this Emotional Trapstyle LP much like NIGHTFALL (PROD. LEDERRICK) 03:08, offer a sort of oppositivity to their own style. The instrumentals trickling, as a vox transformer astronauts the scranton rappers voice, it becomes so melded its harder to hear Wicca. Which bummed me out. I recommend playing a bit louder if you can, or prefer to enjoy music in that way. The only solution I could think of – The album shines so bright with 4. GO WITH YR HEART (FEAT. MACKNED) (PROD. DØVES) such solid samples, in the sense that the emotional impact which they connect with their lyricism is pure, and their creative intent remains intact in less ways than I would have liked, I don’t get the same energy of feel from the rest of the album like I do with track 8. SADDEST DAY ON SATURN (FEAT. MACKNED) (PROD. JAYYEAH). The integrity of the emotional fierceness of the instrumental and the lyrics from both artists featured on the track

    The highlight of the album is an cloudy electro-trapstyle track called 9. STEER ME (FEAT. BABY TEAR$) (PROD. FROZENGANG) witch sort of reminds me of the Black Smurf Toonami Ep, that came out last year. Was a relentlessly hypnotic and hyperraw. The second have of the tape offers the desired side effect I was seeking. There is this very futurist horror core element I found in the album artwork, and especially in track 10. I’M LEBRON (PROD. JAYYEAH). We would have liked to see more of that heavy energy in the beginning, but if that is a foreshadowing of the future of Wicca Phase LP’s, I am a hopeful listener.

  • A while back I had the opportunity to sit down with a very relevant & quite interesting individual. Many of you may be familiar with Tedy Brewski, a few of you might not, so I suggest the two of you get familiar. The artist musician/producer Tedy Brewksi is hailing from Michigan, but origins suggest he fell out of his mother somewhere in Hartford, Connecticut. A black rapper, a black artist. A revolutionary to the punk / hip hop genre, creating a unique realm for his sound, and visual counterpart for himself. If you follow his music, you may have been aware that since 2012 he has been really rocking the public microphone. Taunting society with a new release about every year Give or take when he has used Monikers to drop additional material on us. Take a look below at his most recents, and spend sometime listening to his material, you wont be disappointed. I promise.

    NN: Let me start by asking how you are, and what you have been doing for the past two months ?

    Tedy Brewski: I’m doing pretty good, in an optimistic mood about the future. In the past two months I’ve just been working part time and making new tunes. I’m a substitute teacher I just sit there and surf the net lolol. After work I usually either do recording sessions for my boys or veg out. Life is cool tho no complaints. Right now we are in the dead of the winter, everyday in the suburbs is shoveling and ice chipping, life kinda sucks but its cool too. I’m chillin.

    NN: What came of the end of 2014 for you ? 

    Tedy Brewski: At the end of 2014, (around Thanksgiving) I put out this album called Black Friday under the alias Typical Black Punks. It’s an experimental album, a huge jumble of modern sound with genres from the past.

    Black Friday is a record by Connecticut-based artist Tedy Brewski released under the monikerTypical Black Punks. The name, a double entendre, denotes a concerted effort on Tedy’s part to create music that was influenced by the punk music he’d been listening to of late, as well as explicitly convey the project’s theme of race in the United States.”

    “The record doesn’t look back to punk music, it circles back around in time and then time-warps back to the present forcing the past to come with it.”

    NN: What plans have you made since then for your music, or your art ? 

    Tedy Brewski: Right now its early in 2015, I’m getting back into the internet scene and trying to work with as many artists as possible in order to grow artistically and reach new audiences.

    NN: Albums, Possible Video Release Dates ? 

    Tedy Brewski: I think my next one is going to be called Wipe Out Mixtape. I’ve done a bunch of random songs over the past month and I wanna bring back some wavy shit once the weather gets nicer. Most of the time my albums have some kind of cohesive story or theme. What I have right now is random as hell. I’ve been building a team locally in Connecticut with some friends and we plan on putting out a bunch of videos. Its interesting because I became such an internet based artist because my local scene was so weak when I first started making music. Over the last year the local scene has grown so much it’s exciting to see inspired creative people going in.

    NN: Do you plan on traveling , or touring within this year ?

    Tedy Brewski: It’s all about connections and whether the stars align. It wouldn’t be surprising if I do some shows in New York and DC this spring and summer. I’m currently located in Connecticut and I want to help build this scene. I’m really open to anything and I want to work with anyone who is down. Realistically, I could probably use a larger following before I can start touring seriously. I’m actively seeking management so we can turn up to a new level. Regardless, I’ve got a pretty flexible schedule and performing is in the game plan just no confirmed shows at this moment.

    NN: What was the last most important work that you completed – How well do you believe it was received ? 

    Tedy Brewski: Typical Black Punks was my last project and maybe my most important. Musically it challenges everything you would expect from some random internet rapper. Socially the project crosses cultural boundaries and tackles political issues. I think it was pretty well received. Most people dug it. I was disappointed no one really challenged me about my stance on some issues. I’m going to try harder next time to piss people off. I think its one of those projects that people will slowly stumble on to.

    NN: When you began your project, did you expect the turn out you have received so far ?

    Tedy Brewski: I really didn’t know what to expect. I figured some people would be like wtf is this and turn it off. I think I’ve got a core fanbase who are just down for whatever I do and then there are the people who are still not convinced. If I can get ten, fifty or a hundred new people who are down with me with whatever I put out then I am happy as fuck.

    NN: When did you know you wanted to begin this project ? 

    Tedy Brewski: I made a song called Lost In The Wave under the alias Typical Black Punks in like 2012. I wrote it off as just some one time thing. At some point in 2014 my friend Black Kray put out this remix of Boys Don’t Cry by The Cure and I was like damn people really wanna hear this kinda shit. So after that I was hell yea I gotta try and do this album but I still didn’t do it. Later on in the year I had this really shitty job and I was like fuck this and I stopped going to work and I just made that shit in like a month. Shit was hella fun got intense, learned about alot of music and payed homage to hella counter culture.

    NN: What do you want to convey, or what have you also found that you do convey in frequently in your materials ? 

    Tedy Brewski: I want to let people know that they can do whatever the fuck they want if they put in the work. I wasn’t born some musical prodigy, I can’t play any instruments with proficiency but I have a dedication to going ham. Like if you listen to my music and think I’m mad good thats only cuz I’ve spent mad hours going ham and I’m sure you can do the same at whatever you choose. I hope that that message is being conveyed with my music.

    NN: What reflects the least, what should be focusing on ? 

    Tedy Brewski: My goal is to uplift people and bring people together. I might say some ratch shit or sum non conscious shit sometimes but the end goal is self understanding and spiritual growth and hippy shit like dat.

    NN: How many releases have you successfully produced ? 

    Tedy Brewski: I started putting out mixtapes and albums in 2010. Since then I have put out 10 releases that I can think of. The last two were entirely produced by me which is an awesome feeling. There would probably be more albums and mixtapes but some of the ideas just fall apart during the creative process.

    NN: How do you feel being called a #NVRMNDKID or that you’re one of the #NVRMNDCRU ? 

    Tedy Brewski: A #NVRMNDKID is probably someone who is open-minded and willing to experiment. Someone who is sexy as fuck with hella steeze so yea I’m cool with being a #NVRMNDKID. I’m lovin’ the CRU. Much love ya’ll.

    It’s terrible to see what could have been a glorious game stripped away from us, including its public “Playable Teaser“. Yet for it to then be replaced by something like this. For what I assume will be an overpriced less functional clone of an original experience that would be overpriced as well, but worth a bit more at least in comparison to this horrifying look into a future IP Konami so desperately needed to produce, and in no time at that.
